Teen said missing

The sheriff's office has issued a missing person report for Donavin D. Stapert, 17. The youth was last seen in Malden March 7 at 2:20 a.m. He reportedly made a comment that he intended to catch a bus back to Oregon.

Deputies believe he could be in Spokane or Grants Pass, Ore.

Stapert is 5-4 and weighs 140 pounds. He was wearing a hooded sweatshirt with blue jeans with a hole in the left knee and blue Nike shoes with white soles. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Sgt. Dan Brown or Sgt. Chris Chapman at the sheriff's office.
