Straughan, Moser top Southeast 1B All-League honors

The 2012-13 Southeast 1B League basketball season is complete and many county players earned All-League honors.

For the boys, Colton junior Jake Straughan was the Most Valuable Player, while Rosalia junior Craig Nelson earned the second-most votes. Rounding out the top five were senior Max Mueller of Tekoa-Oakesdale, junior Dalten Patchen of Colton and senior Jed Zimmer of LaCrosse-Washtucna.

For the girls, Colton junior Jenna Moser was named Most Valuable Player, followed by Touchet freshman Cierra Jo McKeown with the second most votes. Rounding out the top five are Rosalia junior McKenzie Reddish, Colton senior Paige Vincent and St. John-Endicott senior Gretchen Van Lith.
