Grand opening at Colfax quilt store

Patricia Arnold and Margo Balzarini cut the ribbon at the grand opening of Palouse River Quilts in Colfax on Saturday. Palouse River Quilts was joined by the Colfax Chamber of Commerce to mark the occasion.
