Gar-Pal Vikings softball team now 7-6

The Gar-Pal Vikings softball team increased their record to 7-6 overall on the season beating T.O.R. 20-12 on Tuesday. The win followed doubleheader losses at Colton April 12.

Against T.O.R. at home, Gar-Pal leadoff hitter Lexi Rodriguez went 5 for 5 with a double while Brianna Brown was 3 for 5 and Cassie Martin 1 for 5 with a triple.

Chandler Pfaff pitched all seven innings, allowing eight hits and three walks with six strikeouts.

Last week, on a hazy gray Friday afternoon in Colton, Gar-Pal played two games against the Wildcats, losing both.
