Each side had seven hits in the elimination game.
Garfield/Palouse posted a 1-0 lead in the first inning, and Colton edged ahead with two in the bottom of the third. The Vikings answered with one in the top of the fourth and the game tied at 3-3 when the Wildcats added one in the bottom of that inning.
Zoe Moser had the start for Colton and Winnie Schultheis relieved her in the top of the fifth. Chandler Pfaff pitched for the Vikes.
Kaitlin Druffel and Schultheis each had two hits for the Wildcats, and Pfaff and Cassie Martin each had two for the Vikings.
