Hospital Highlights

I hope you were able to stop in during our community open house June 11. We have received the “Top 20 Critical Access Award for Patient Perspective” for the second year in a row. Everyone from the maintenance staff to those who provide direct patient care contributed. All understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

A very important part of the patient care team are our nursing assistants (NACs), They are the ones who answer call lights, assist with personal care and work closely with registered nurses to meet patient needs. They also provide support to families and visitors.

This week has been designated as National Nursing Assistants’ week. Please them for the wonderful care they provide.
