Benson gets

scholarship

Victoria Benson, daughter of Max and Christine Benson of Steptoe, has been awarded an Alumni Family Member Scholarship for $1,000 for the 2013-14 academic year at Eastern Washington University. Victoria graduated from Colfax High School in 2011. She is currently a sophomore studying government.

Three on NNU list

Brent Conrad, Kelli Largent and Roman Lyon of Colfax were among 411 students at Northwest Nazarene University who were named to the dean’s list for the 2013 spring semester. To be eligible for the academic honor, a student must earn a 3.5 grade-point average while taking at least 12 graded credit hours of classes.
