Robotics camp signups open

Students from the Colfax and Pullman area, ages 7 to 12, are invited to register for the upcoming “Introduction to Robotics” 4H Camp July 8-12. The camp, sponsored by WSU Extension in Whitman County, runs from 9 a.m. to noon at the Community Education and Training Center (CETC) in Colfax.

During the camp, students will build and operate robots, learn about programming operating systems, navigate team robotic challenges and explore the field of engineering. The $40 registration fee per child covers the use of the robotics kits for the camp and afternoon snacks. There are only 12 spots available with a registration deadline of July 1 to reserve a spot.
