Guests attend quilt session at Endicott

Endicott Piece Makers worked on quilts July 31 at the home of Kathy Schlomer. Mrs. Schlomer was hosting Burlene Blankenship of Pullman, Marge Nelson of Moscow and guests from Iowa. Quilts made by Dorothy Schlomer were displayed

A salad luncheon was served. Attending from this area were Gail Bilow, Carol Mitcham, Norma Schultz, Anne Lowe, Sharon Storment, Ila Stuart, Alice Mackleit, Margaret Mackleit and Bertie Honn.

The county is resurfacing the road from Endicott to Winona with eight asphalt semis running every day from Colfax....
