Blowout book sale runs through August

A “blowout” book sale at the Colfax Library will run through the end of August under the sponsorship of Friends of Whitman County Library.

To clear out a backlog of items, extra tables have been set up and prices reduced. Hours of the sale are Mondays through Wednesdays from 10 to 5, Thursdays and Fridays from 10 to 6, and weekends from 1 to 5.

All proceeds benefit library programs and projects countywide.

The library accepts quality materials for addition into the collection and also for the Friends of the Library sales. For more information about donating items or about the book sale, contact Peggy Bryan at 509-397-4366.
