Hausers mark golden date

Bob and Della Hauser of Colfax celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary reception with family and friends Aug. 18 at the Davenport Hotel at Spokane.

They were married Aug. 17, 1963, at St. Henry’s Catholic Church at Regent, N. D. In 1968 Bob started his radio career at KSEN Radio at Shelby, Mont.

They moved to Colfax in 1985 when they purchased KCLX Radio from Adrian and Betty DeVries.

Della worked in Colfax as a licensed practical nurse.

They retired in 2004 after selling the radio stations to North West Broadcasting of Lewiston.
