Hospital highlights

A construction trailer is on the hospital campus again.

We are starting a major infrastructure project, which is Phase II of our master facility plan. Major areas of work include:

Physical plant replacement for facilities serving both old and new buildings. Boilers are greatly over-sized for current needs.

—Replace heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) in original 1968 building

—Replace hot water tank and distribution in 1968 building

—Remove/replace flooring & pipes with asbestos

—Replace lighting in 1968 building

—Kitchen remodel to replace 1968 equipment to improve flow
