The Farmington beaver situation has returned, in higher numbers than before.
Last January, a suspected beaver in Pine Creek resulted in city officials breaking up two dams to keep the waterway from flooding, while a Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator was called in to assess the situation.
The man, David Early, certified by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW), assured Mayor Ron Dugan that the beaver(s) had left town.
