Hergert-Startin vow date set

Tiffany Hergert of Endicott, daughter of the late Marvin Hergert and Kenda Hergert and Dennis Miller of Endicott, and Tyler Startin of Endicott, son of Chad and Nancy Startin of Diamond, will wed Sept. 21 at the Palouse Empire Fairground where they met. Tiffany graduated from LaCrosse High School in 2008 and Washington State University 2012 with a degree in business management and operations.
