St. John/Endicott girls scored a team win at the big Plantes Ferry memorial race Saturday along the Spokane River in Spokane Valley. The race drew 40 teams but SJE and Tri-Cities Prep had the lone team scores for 1B and 2B girls.
Oroville’s Sierra Speiker topped the overall girl’s race with a 18:15 over the 3l1-mile course.
The Eagles compiled a 23- team score with Jordan Porubek third at 21:38, Heather Siegel, fourth at 21:50, Shania Bailey, fifth at 21:57; Sami Bailey eighth at 23:49, and Jade Porubek 13th at 24:29.
The TCP team score was 38.
Eagle boys ran in the jayvee race with Kaleb Kolb clocking 20:38 for third place, and Jacob Blakeley 23:25 for 24th.
