Port updates web site, launches Facebook page

The Port of Whitman County recently launched its newly redesigned web site at www.portwhitman.com.

The web site has undergone a major graphic makeover with updated colors, fonts and a photo slide show on the home page.

“The featured port and community videos load much faster and are great fun to watch,” said Debbie Snell, port properties and development manager.

The port paid $6,000 for the redesign along with quarterly and semi-monthly maintenance. The project took about five months, Snell said.
