Rural prosperity conference will feature keynote speech

A Nov. 15 Rural Pathways to Prosperity Conference will feature a keynote presentation via webinar to Pullman from Becky McCray, co-author of “Small Town Rules: How Big Brands and Small Businesses Can Prosper in a Connected Economy.”

After the talk, participants at each site will turn their attention to the specific issues, resources and project ideas to build local economies by creating places for businesses to thrive in their local communities. The conference will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
