SEEK PALOUSE DOCUMENTS

A request for all documents provided by the City of Palouse to Ephrata attorney Brian Christensen was filed Nov. 25 in superior court by David Mayhan of Palouse. He filed the request as part of the discovery process in his civil suit against the city for alleged damages sustained from the death of his son in October of 2010.
