Santa books stops around county

The Whitman County Library in Colfax is expecting a special visitor Thursday, Dec. 5, from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Santa will visit and pictures will be available.

The Lighted Christmas Parade sponsored by the Colfax Chamber of Commerce is Thursday evening starting at 6 p.m. The parade will start at Rosauers and go along Mill Street.

Colfax Baptist Church will serve hot chocolate to parade watchers.

“Dance Your Heart Out” for the Becker family starts at 7 p.m. at the Jennings Elementary School gym. This is a fundraiser for the Becker family in which 100 percent of the proceeds go to the family....
