Chambers will host Farm-City luncheon

The Colfax Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the Ag Committee of the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, will host a Farm City Day luncheon from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, at Hill Ray in Colfax.

The luncheon provides an opportunity for the business and agriculture communities to meet and greet each other. It’s also a way for local businesses to show appreciation to those who do business with them.

Sponsorships help cover the cost of the farmers’ lunch.

Speaker will be Dr. Grant Forsyth, chief economist for Avista, and Bud Riedner, manager of the McCoy Grain Terminal.
