No charges will be filed in Warner case

The Whitman County Prosecutor’s office Jan. 16 in a lengthy news release reported criminal charges will not be filed in relation to the David Warner assault case last March on the WSU campus.

The prosecutor’s office said they were issuing the public statement because of the significance of the case to Dr. Warner and to the general community.
