Damien Perron, who is living with his uncle Bryan Jones of Dusty and is a student at Colfax High School, spent the Christmas holidays visiting his parents, friends and the ski slopes in the Italian Alps. When he was asked about his trip, he reported the good news was that the airlines didn’t lose his luggage.

Meggie Perron, granddaughter of Fran Jones, left for her home in Italy on Jan. 15 and will return on Feb. 4. It was difficult to know whether she was more excited about seeing her friends and family or getting onto the slopes.
