Rosalia dismisses Colton,73-45

After a double-overtime battle in Rosalia three weeks ago between Colton and the Spartans, they met again last Friday in the Wildcats’ gym.

This time, the Spartans made like the Colton girls, and blew out their opponents by 28 points.

In a game which Rosalia controlled from the start, Spartans’ guard Steven Maley went out early in the fourth quarter after running into the Wildcats’ Dalton Patchen on a drive. Maley, in a knee brace, initially got up, hopped free then fell to the floor again, the pain seared on his face.
