Chamber installs Frey, Krahn and Burt

At the Colfax Chamber of Commerce installation banquet Friday at Hill Ray, newly-installed president Diana Frey recognized Whitman County Gazette Publisher Gordon Forgey as the Distinguished Business Owner of 2013 and presented him with a plaque.

Guest speaker Erik Newman, director of Business Operations at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, gave a talk on “How to approach sales and customer service in your business.” Don Moore was the master of ceremonies and Philip Misner, pastor of Peace Lutheran Church, gave the invocation.
