Palouse compost permits

In order to use the Palouse compost facility for dumping leaves, grass and soft vegetation, Palouse residents must buy a 2014 permit at city hall.

The 2013 permits, regardless of when purchased, are now expired. Each yard that dumps items requires a $15 permit.
