Design project
set at Dahmen
A WSU design research project led by Arash Adel, “Oblique Interactions,” will be displayed at the Dahmen Barn in Uniontown from March 7- 21 with an opening reception March 7 at 5 p.m. The design research focuses on the intersection of architecture and social space through an interdisciplinary dialogue between art and architecture.
The context for this installation is the work of artist Andy Sewell and his collection entitled, “Heart of the Palouse.” The dialogue between the new installation, the artwork and the gallery creates a new condition that challenges the way to view and relate to space and people.
