Art and Colene Sager hosted the Washington Flying Farmers at the Whitman County Library meeting room Saturday. Randy Suess gave a powerpoint presentation on his travels to Jordan. He also told of his involvement of exporting wheat in many countries. With the farmer connection in the audience, both topics were well received.
Two airplanes flew into the Port of Whitman Business Air Center, better known as the Colfax Airport. The transient parking that is all paved with tie downs was appreciated. Both of these facilities have undergone welcome improvements since the Washington Flying Farmers visited Colfax several years ago.
