March for Meals set for Saturday

The Council on Aging and Human Services will participate in the 2014 March For Meals campaign Saturday, April 26.

Volunteers will be encouraged to help put nutritious food on the table of senior citizens by participating in a 3K fun run/walk starting at 10 a.m. at McDonald Park in Colfax. Registration is fee $10.

Prizes will be awarded to the teams/participants who raise the most money. Participants are asked to check in beginning at 9:30 a.m. and the run/walk will begin at 10. Pledges and donations are welcomed for those unable to join in the event that day.
