Angela Buri grew up in Oregon City, Ore., but has come to love Whitman County. Her favorite place in the area is Klemgard Park, where she recently spent five hours one day by herself, walking, reading and enjoying the signs of spring. She and husband Blake take their children to the park to play volleyball or baseball, walk a few loops and play in the creek.
