A new restaurant is taking shape in Palouse.
From the ashes of the burned-down Brick Wall Bar and Grill, a seasonal outdoor operation is being set up in the lot next to the Palouse Community Center.
Will Hume of Palouse, who grew up in Moscow and worked in restaurants there, as well as in Pullman and Portland, has leased the land to start the operation.
“I’m calling it an outdoor restaurant,” said Hume, 32. “The walls are the fencing required by the Liquor Control Board.”
