Colfax – Noon – Gentle Yoga with Suzy McNeilly – Pay by the month of by the class.

St. John – 9:30 a.m. – Junior Summer Reading – A special reading program for younger children with activities and crafts.
Colfax – 10 to 11:30 a.m. – Play & Learn – Creative play and sharing for toddlers, preschoolers and parents every Friday.
Uniontown – 10:30 a.m. – Storytime – Bring in the little ones for fun stories, songs, crafting and more.
Saturday, June 7
Rosalia – 10:15 a.m. – Battle Days Children’s Parade – Join this year’s theme, “It Came from Outer Space.” Three categories are judged for best representation of the Theme, Walkers, Riders and Mechanical. All children receive a participation prize.
Albion – 2 p.m. – Fizz, Boom, Read! – Children are invited to kickoff this year’s first Summer Reading program.
Sunday, June 8
Whitman County residents of all ages are encouraged to participate in our Summer Reading program. Summer Reading signup for youths or completion forms for teens and adults can be accessed from the library’s website or by stopping in at any branch of WCL.
Monday, June 9
Colfax – 10 a.m. – Senior Fit & Fun with Nancy Stanard – Low impact aerobic workouts for seniors includes a warm-up and a cool down. Cost is $5 per class. For more information, contact Nancy at (509) 288-1117.
Tuesday, June 10
Colfax – 4 p.m. – Mobius Science – The Mobius Science Center kicks starts our first Summer Reading event. Everyone’s welcome to this free program.
LaCrosse – 4 p.m. – “Fizz, Boom, Read!” – Children are invited to kickoff this year’s first Summer Reading program.
