Forty-two grads receive diplomas at Colfax High

Forty-two members of the Colfax High School class of 2014 received their diplomas in commencement ceremonies Saturday at Colfax. Class president Dylan Griffin gave the welcome and later conducted the tassel ceremony.

Valedictorian Nicholas Johnson and salutatorian Hollyanna Hahn gave their individual addresses.

Principal Buck Marsh presented Washington State honor awards to Johnson, Hahn, Katie Largent, Kurtis Moore and Nicole Sheer. The award goes to students who graduate in the top 10 percent of the class statewide.
