Heatons of Tekoa mark 60th

James (Jim) and Claudia Heaton will mark their 60th wedding anniversary on June 13, 2014.

They were married at the Christian Church in Tekoa in 1954.

They raised four children in Tekoa: Doug (Tina) Heaton, Fountain Hills, Ariz.; Jamey (Chris) Fracz, Otis Orchards; Joy (Scott) Puckett, Latah, and Beth (Todd) Mathison, Valleyford.

They have 10 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

They have been living in the same home in Tekoa for 51 years.

The house historically has been in both of their families at one time or another before they purchased it in 1963.
