Tekoa-Rosalia sports on tap for fall

The new sports cooperative of Tekoa-Rosalia will begin play in the fall. In the meantime, there are still a few coaches to hire and other things to take care of.

The teams will be called the Timberwolves and will play in the 2B District 7 North with Colfax, DeSales, Lind-Ritzville-Sprague, St. George’s, Northwest Christian, Davenport and Reardan.

Their colors will be blue, orange and black.

The junior high team will keep playing their regular Whitman County games.

"We won’t change our junior high schedules," said Dan Hutton, Tekoa High School Principal and Athletic Director.
