Colfax grads plan 40-year reunion

Colfax High School graduates from the class of 1974 are planning their 40-year reunion July 11-12.

Reunion activities begin Friday, July 11, with class members meeting at the Hyde Out starting at 5 p.m. for an ice-breaker.

Saturday, July 12, the Colfax Golf Course has been reserved for reunion members beginning at 9 a.m. Contact Ross and Sherri Swan for more information.

A tour of Colfax High School will start at 11 a.m. at the front doors of the school.

Mark Hart will read poetry and sign his book of poetry “Boy Singing to Cattle” at the Colfax library from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

The class members will have dinner at the golf course club house with social hour starting at 5 p.m. and a catered dinner at 7 p.m. Contact Elaine McClintock for reservations and more information.

A block of rooms have been held at the Best Western Wheatland Inn for that weekend. Ask for the Colfax Class of 1974 Reunion.
