Justin and Katy Heaton hosted a barbecue at their home Sunday. Katy’s parents, Dave and Kathy Tellessen, her brother and family, Ryan, Chris, Sam and Kes Tellessen, her sister, Megan and friend Charlie, Grandma and Grandpa Pethram and Aunt Alice and Uncle Doug Shafer were guests along with Blake and Carmen Heaton, Jaime, Heathermarie, Valente, Jeronimo and Xico Reynoso. Later, Walter Riley joined the celebration.

During the party, Katy brought out two boxes, baby “A” and baby “B.” Katy opened box “A” and pink balloons popped out. Justin, with slight hesitation, opened box “B.” With much happiness and cheers, blue balloons floated out. It was their way of announcing that the twins they expect in November will be a girl and a boy. Many phone calls to family and friends who couldn’t attend were made to announce the news.
