Colfax 60-year grads return

The 60-year reunion of the Colfax High School Class of 1954 was over the weekend of July 18-19.

They met Friday evening for an informal gathering at the new banquet room at Events On Main.

A catered dinner was Saturday at the same location.

Classmates included, in the front row from the left, Charlene Geier Kunze, Colfax; Kay Henry Upshaw, Walnut Creek, Calif .; Sharon McClintock Moys, Walla Walla; Marlene Semler McKimson, Bremerton; Betty Unruh Boldt, Richland; Joeva Eldridge Conrad, Garfield, and Kay Baker Krom, Pullman.

In the back row from the left are Darrell Presnell, Olympia; Bill Henry, Spokane; Normal Kunze, Colfax; John Morgan, Colfax; Chuck Carroll, Colfax; Mike Upshaw, Walnut Creek, Calif .; Bob Prater, Pullman; Willard Bauscher, Olympia; Bill Curtis, Ritzville; and John Huber, Colfax.

The members voted to give a sizeable class donation to the Colfax School Foundation.
