Propelled by Boyer breezes

On Sunday afternoon, a wind surfer took advantage of late summer gusts near Boyer Park and Marina. He had that part of the river all to himself. The water's surface was a little choppy for boats because of the brisk breezes. The park and marina were operating near capacity for the Labor Day weekend.
