The debate continues over what America should do to combat the terrorist group ISIS. (Islamic State in Iraq and Syria).

Even though President Barack Obama has declared that there will be no American “boots on the ground,” the contingent of Americans in Iraq has grown in response to the military successes of ISIS, and it may keep growing.

In the meantime, the president is trying to create a coalition to help fight the threat without going it alone.
