Colton, Gar-Pal teams stay unbeaten

The Colton Wildcats and Garfield-Palouse Vikings are both 2-0 on the season after last week’s games while St. John-Endicott and LaCrosse-Washtucna dropped to 0-2.

The Vikings played at LaCrosse and led 38-0 at halftime before their varsity players mostly sat out in the second half.

Senior quarterback Hunter Woltering completed six of seven passes for four touchdowns on the night while Cole Sanderson ran for 111 yards and a touchdown.

“A lot of people touched the ball in that game,” said Vikings coach Will Woltering.
