Eagles, Oakesdale, Vikings each book two net wins

The SJE Eagles, Oakesdale and Garfield- Palouse booked wins in the first two rounds of SE volleyball league play. The Eagles topped Colton in three games in the Tuesday round at St. John, and the Vikings traveled all the way to Liberty Christian to win in three straight.

Oakesdale girls took a road win at LaCrosse in the Tuesday round with a three-game run after bowing to the Tigercats in the first. Line score for the win was 19-25 25-17 25-18 and 25-18.

Jacey Johnson booked 12 kills and eight aces in the league win, and Madison Shrope had 17 assists. Corynn Anderson was credited with 11 digs....
