Bulldogs bag seventh Okanogan tourney

Colfax volleyball team booked a sweep Saturday at Okanogan to win the seventh straight championship at the Okanogan tournament.

The Bulldogs waged the day-long campaign with just one game loss which came at the start of the championship game against the host Okanogan team.

Okanogan, which has dropped down to the 2B division from the A division, was cranked up to stop the Bulldogs after advancing to the title round of their own tourney for the first time in three years. They took the opener 23-25, but the Bulldogs rattled off 25-17 and 15-8 wins to again take the Okanogan title.
