NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS)

Whitman County Planning issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Whitman County is proposing to expand its cluster residential opportunity zone to include ONLY a 97-acre parcel owned by the Evangelical Free Church located at 4812 Pullman Airport Road.
