The LaCrosse Business Association Halloween Chili/Hot dog feed will be at the Route 26 Café Halloween night, Friday, Oct. 31. Food and refreshments will be served from 5 to 7 p.m.

Prizes will be awarded for best costume at 5:30.

The Halloween carnival will be in the firehouse from 7 to 8:30.
