Bulldogs defeat Springdale 41-8

After a tough first quarter on their home turf the Colfax football team Friday found the right gear and rolled up 41 unanswered points on the way to a 41-8 win over the Springdale Chargers.

The Bulldogs rolled up 364 yards of offense with 219 yards passing and 135 rushing.

“You can look at all the offensive stats and the scoring, but the real work for us was done by the defense,” Coach Mike Morgan commented.

Colfax defense held the Chargers to just 94 yards total for the game. They had just six first downs and completed one pass.
