County vacates segment of Tobin Road

The Whitman County Commissioners Monday voted to vacate a half-mile gravel section of Charles Tobin Road near Hooper at the request of landowners. Also vacated were six right-of-way parcels along Colfax Airport Road.

The land parcels were determined surplus after completion of the Airport Road reconstruction project in the summer of 2013. The vacated parcels will revert to prior property owners.
