Endicott dedicates new flag display

Endicott residents turned out Tuesday for a Veterans’ Day dedication of a new flag display which was posted along the top of the Endicott Cemetery. The flags, one for each branch of service flanked by U.S. Flags, were purchased as an Endicott Community Club project. The Rev. Phil Misner was emcee for the program, and Principal Michael Olsen gave a talk. Billy Ray, Jr., played the Star Spangled Banner to open the ceremony and concluded it with Taps. The flags will be displayed on Veterans’ Day and Memorial Day.
