Pullman Civic Theater will begin a two-week run of Fruitcakes, a comedy about a kid who has run away from home and lands in a town where he finds the inhabitants “nuttier than fruitcakes.” He comes to adore the town which has a Christmas Hog named Buster, 10,000 outdoor lights, two eccentric spinsters and other characters.
This will be the first time the comedy has been presented in the area. Evening performances at 7:30 p.m. will be Dec. 5, 6, 11 and 12. Sunday matinees will be Dec. 7 and 14 beginning at 2 p.m.
Admission will be $12.
