Billy Swank parks here

Billy Swank of Colfax stands in front of his newly designated parking space in front of Colfax City Hall. Swank is employed as a janitor for the police department and conducts a city hall recycling project. The parking space, which is in an odd piece of space that can't be used by a vehicle, will accommodate the three-wheel bicycle which Swank rides for most of the year for his recycling projects.
