Library closes for New Years Holiday

All 14 branches of Whitman County Library close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 31, and will be closed Thursday, Jan. 1, for New Years. Due dates for library materials have been extended in anticipation of the closure and no late fines will be charged for these days. Drop boxes will remain open at all locations for returned items. Access to the library’s Wi-Fi, catalog, downloadable audio and eBooks, and other online resources including Chilton’s Auto Repair are available by visiting the library’s website:
